Not all with Euforia is sweat and mud, come and enjoy an adventurous expedition with all the commodities of a high class package.

Itinerary:

Day 1 – arrival!!!
City tour and surrounding communities, complements of Euforia Expeditions. You will visit downtown San Jose and the national museum; you will be taken to several typical sites such as coffee shops and gift shops.

DAY 1 – arenal volcano
The Arenal Volcano has one of the most perfect cone-shaped craters in the world. It’s one of Costa Rica’s most active volcanoes and you will most likely see several of its spontaneous eruptions which at night light the sky. In the afternoon the treetops await you in a breathtaking journey through the canopy of the trees. The Canopy Tour is a series of zip lines on the top layer of the forest that take you from one tree to another literally flying over the trees, a wonderful adventure. At night you can’t miss the hot springs, soothing thermal waters that flow from the depths of the Arenal Volcano.

Day 2 – Waterfalls – lava tour – floating safari
Your day starts floating along the amazing rivers of the area on a breathtaking expedition with naturalist guides. This will take up all morning, after which an amazing trek to the lava flows of the volcano will put an end to your path through the Arenal area. In the afternoon you will drive towards the low lands of Guanacaste in the North Pacific where the beautiful crystal waters await you.

Day 3 – snorkel – ocotal beach
A fascinating world under water, schools of tropical fish, manta rays, turtles and coral reefs are just a few things you might find hiding beneath the surface.

Day 4 – free day – ocotal beach
This day is a relaxation day, you may want to explore nearby beaches and trails and take some sun at the beach.

Day 5 – after the blue marlin – tamarindo offshore
Today you will spend all day sport fishing in the Tamarindo area. Nine hours of fishing (beer, soft drinks, water, box lunch and fruit/snacks), all inclusive, professional assistants, a full day of fun offshore or inshore.

day 6 – full relaxation – tamarindo beach
There is the option to visit nearby beaches and trails. North of Tamarindo Playa Grande is located, a beautiful beach with white sands, a must in your trip.

day 7 – return to the city
There are two departure options. 1. You may depart Costa Rica from San Jose which means that you would have to drive from Tamarindo back into town and spend the night of the 7th day in San Jose to be able to rest for the departure on day 8th (you are supposed to be at the airport 3 hours prior to your flight’s departure, mainly if flying with family and friends).
2. You may fly out of Liberia’s airport, located 1hr away from Tamarindo, which means that you may spend the night at Tamarindo or even spend the night at the town of Liberia, a very typical town situated 1 hour away from Tamarindo. This would be ideal for your departure, flights tend to be more expensive out of Liberia and flight schedules are not as frequent as they are in San Jose

day 8 – departure
Early breakfast before we get ready to head towards the airport for departure.

Payment Policies:
Our expedition packages may be reserved with a 50% deposit from the net posted price and the remaining 50% may be paid up to 30 days before your trip.

Cancellation Policies:
If for any reason you would have to cancel your trip and notify Euforia Expeditions with at least 30 days before your trip, Euforia Expeditions will give back your payment, minus $200.00 for administrative charges.

If the notification is made less than 30 days before your trip, Euforia Expeditions will deposit 50% of your up to date payment minus $200.00 for administrative charges.

Euforia Expeditions will not return charges nor incur in additional costs in the following cases:

• When for any reason a flight is postponed or cancelled by the airline or any other authorized entity.
• When for any reason the client does not arrive on the date and time set for the beginning of the expedition.
