Expeditions Land of Volcanoes

7 days of awe-inspiring adventures await you in the tropical country of Costa Rica; rafting the Río Toro (Bull River), climbing extinct volcanoes, feeling the trembling fury of the almighty Arenal Volcano, submerging in hot springs that flow from the depths of the earth… You will kayak on lakes, cross mountain ranges, climb amidst the canopies of the lush green in the cloud forest and dip your feet on the mesmerizing waters of the Río Celeste (Turquoise River).

Note: The organization will have a paramedic with the group at all times.
Oour expedition leador is prepared to provide technical assistance to participants in all disciplines, he can advice participants on what gear could be needed on long mountain journeys like the ones we will be doing. The guide has a great deal of knowledge in adventure travel and adventure sports, as well as preparation in Adventure Based Counselling for students and corporations.
"LAND OF VOLCANOES" - ITINERARY:
DAY 1 - ARRIVAL AD JUAN SANTAMARIA INTL. AIRPORT
Euforia Expeditions' representatives will meet you at the airport and take you around for a first glimpse of Costa Rica. You will be taken to the hotel where you can drop off your things and get ready for a ride downtown where you will enjoy some sightseeing with a local guide. Before heading towards the first location we will check all your gear at night and make sure that everything needed for the expedition is in place.
DAY 2 - RAFTING RIO TORO - ARENAL VOLCANO - HOT SPRINGS
DAY 3 - CHATO VOLCANO - YOGA - KAYAK - LAKE ARENAL
DAY 4 - CANOPY TOUR - MONTEVERDE - TREKKING - LIVE MUSIC
DAY 5 - PELADO VOLCANO - TREKKING - YOGA - SUSTAINABILITY WORKSHOP
DAY 6 - RIO CELESTE - TENORIO VOLCANO - TREKKING - RESPONSIBLE TOURISM WORKSHOP

Recommendations to bring:
- Ask for the recommendations and requirements documents before the expedition. These recommendations may make the physical preparation and logistics for you trip.
Payment Policies:
All packages may be reserved by depositing at least 50% of the posted price and the remaining 50% may be paid up to 30 days before your trip.
Cancellation Policies:
If for any reason you would have to cancel your trip you should notify Euforia Expeditions at least 30 days before your trip, Euforia Expeditions will give back your payment, minus $200.00 for administrative charges.
If the notification is made less than 30 days before your trip, Euforia Expeditions will deposit 50% of what has been deposited minus $200.00 for administrative charges.
Euforia Expeditions will not refund charges nor incur in additional costs in the following cases:
- When for any reason a flight is postponed or cancelled by the airline or any other authorized entity.
- When for any reason the client does not arrive on the date and time set for the beginning of the expedition.
